This was a gift for my daughter. I thought it looked good in the photos, and it did not disappoint. My daughter loves it!It’s beautiful. The feel is super soft yet firm and still flexible. I love the way it feels on my shoulder, it sits firmly but doesn’t dig into my armpit or slide off my shoulder like other shoulder bags. I have other Chala bags, so I will update if quality doesn’t last as I’ve read other reviews saying such. But very pleased with my purchase. The butterfly keychain is pretty and adds detail to the bag without being too much.I bought this purse for my mother that absolutely adores it. They are a perfect size, the colors are fun & the owl attachment stands out above the rest. I then proceeded to buy one for my Grandmother too.I like my Chala tote bag. It is much bigger than I thought it would be. It holds a lot of stuff. The butterfly is really cute hanging on the outside of the bag. I like the 2 different strap options. I ordered mine because I liked the one my niece had. There are so many choices for sizes, colors and designs of hanging decorations.. It came quickly. I would order from these sellers again. Great bag.Really nice bag. I have purchased about 5 different ones, different colors and sizes. However, the cute little doggy keychain which is 95% of the reason I bought this purse, fell off and as I was walking, it it now lost. I’m just crushed!It is beautiful and came in perfect condition. I love this company and their bags. They are so well made and are so darn cute!!!I absolutely love this purse! it was exactly what I was looking for. It is the perfect size, has a cross-body option, A place to put your phone and I love the paw charm.Cute bag but poor quality that was unexpected from this brand. Has a flimsy zipper and a small patch of material has come off on the bottom after using it for only a couple of days. Very disappointed to say the least. I was going to return it but honestly didn't feel like taking a trip to the post office. I'm regretful that I didn't though because I don't use the bag since it's missing material.
